Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases, reservations, tickets, deposits, and service agreements made with The Terrace (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a ticket, booking a reservation, or submitting payment for any service, the customer (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.
Refund Policy - The Basics
1. All Sales Final
Unless otherwise expressly stated in this Policy, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, supper club tickets, dinner reservations, event admissions, deposits, and catering service payments.
2. Refunds Due to Company Error
Refunds will only be issued in cases where an error is made by the Owner of The Terrace.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:

Incorrect overcharging or duplicate transaction

Cancellation or inability to provide the purchased service due to Company oversight

Administrative or booking errors made by the Company
Refunds issued under this provision will be limited strictly to the amount paid by the Guest and will not include compensation for external expenses such as transportation, lodging, or incidental costs.

3. Ticket Transfers

Guests may transfer their ticket to another individual at no additional charge. All transfers must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

4. No-Show Policy
​
Failure to attend a scheduled event (“No-Show”) results in full forfeiture of all amounts paid.
No refunds, credits, or alternative accommodations will be provided.

Private Events & Catering
​
For private events and catering services:

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations 7 days or more before the event may receive a 50% credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for any refund or credit.

Cancellations by The Terrace
If the Company cancels or cannot fulfill an event or service, Guests will receive:

A full refund, or
-
A 100% credit toward a future experience
This scenario is considered a Company error under Section 2.

Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, emergencies, illness, or supply disruptions. Refunds or credits in such cases will be issued solely at the Company’s discretion.

Policy Modifications
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
